Enssy Enterprises is anchored in strong governance, ethical leadership, and community-centered development. The organization’s identity, values, and long-term vision are rooted in the founding leadership of Agnes Nessy Akinyi Otieno, whose principles continue to guide strategic direction and institutional culture.
Jack Okomo is the Founder and Project Lead of Enssy Enterprises. He is an experienced agribusiness consultant and community development practitioner with expertise in climate-smart agriculture, agroecology, and food systems transformation. He has led initiatives in climate-resilient farming, ecosystem restoration, waste valorization (BSF technology), and indigenous knowledge integration, while also contributing to regional and national food policy dialogues. Jack previously contributed to the 2013 UNIDO green technology study ( please also see ) and continues to champion community-driven solutions for resilience, peace, and sustainable development.
Agnes Nessy Akinyi Otieno was the founder and Managing Director
of Enssy Enterprises and the central force behind its mission,
governance framework, and strategic foundation. She established
the organization’s commitment to climate-smart agriculture,
inclusive economic empowerment, peacebuilding, and sustainable
livelihoods for women, youth, and marginalized communities.
Her leadership embedded values of integrity, accountability, and
community ownership that remain core to Enssy Enterprises’
operations. Her legacy serves as the enduring compass guiding
leadership decisions, partnerships, and program implementation.
Agnes Christine provides strategic financial leadership, overseeing budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and risk management to ensure financial sustainability and governance compliance. As Program Team Lead, she coordinates program planning and execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivery of measurable community impact.
Rachael Keziah provides governance, compliance, and administrative support to the Board while leading strategic communications, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement. She ensures effective Board coordination, institutional transparency, and clear articulation of Enssy Enterprises’ mission, programs, and impact.
